  • Delete - fails WP:GNG as lacking any reliable source that "addresses the topic directly and in detail". Such sources as there are, or have been produced in the discussion, are peripheral or passing mentions of the mall or its occupants. I note, as background, that the failed notability proposal WP:MALL suggested a notability threshold of 800,000 square feet, more than twice the size that this mall was.
