  • Keep. This is a notable topic in Japanese business culture and this is not just a dictionary entry. As shown above, a search for sources finds sufficient coverage of this topic in academic journals. Those journal articles also use the Japanese term rather than some English translation. --Cckerberos (talk) 17:44, 28 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
