Does not meet WP:GNG. Sources are routine local coverage of a WP:MILL shopping center. MB 00:48, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep : The shopping center is notable for solidifying the name "Midtown" for the Midtown neighborhood in Little Rock. I added this fact and citation. I also added more to the history section and included more references. Many of these references are hidden behind a paywall (which I noted using the (subscription required) template). I believe residents of Little Rock should have an article they can read for free to be able to learn about notable structures in their city, especially structures that influenced the name of a prominent neighborhood, and this article provides that. This is not a run-of-the mill shopping center, as it established the name Midtown, which is a substantial chunk of area in Little Rock that includes the state's largest hospital system (UAMS) and Park Plaza Mall, as well as Midtowne Shopping Center. • Delete This is a very generic power center, and it didn't establish anything but other generic businesses found in or near every generic power center being named 'Midtowne' (or being completely normal people and taking the name 'Midtown' instead because the British never contested any Arkansan land claims, and the name long pre-dated the GPC was pressured onto the community because of egos). The hospital, Park Plaza, and War Memorial Stadium are much longer established here; this place merely brought a bunch of chain stores to the area, and that's it. It is not just chain stores--I will try to add more about the local stores and restaurants at Midtowne shortly. Spongeworthy93 (talk) 00:08, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment To the above; please don't do 'revenge PRODs' from an article I contributed on just because your article is nominated and I disagree with you. It's not appropriate. Nate (chatter) 03:11, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, I clicked on your name to learn more about you, then found Pledge drive, which is redundant and would fit better (with your contributions included) in the Telethon article. Nothing personal. Spongeworthy93 (talk) 03:54, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Fails WP:GNG. Routine coverage in gnews of routine events happening at the center. LibStar (talk) 06:31, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
