Delete There are other temples dedicated to Maa Bala Sundari as well, including one in Himachal. This one claims to be near Dehradun (in Sudhowala). Unfortunately, I cannot find any references to it and while it may be important for the local community, it is possibly just one of the hundreds of thousands of temples in India.
