This list appears to be WP:INDISCRIMINATE. There are no references to any sort of coverage that suggests why certain director/cinematographer collabs are notable.  Bait30  ^Talk? 06:46, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

• Keep, but trim drastically. The partnership between specific directors and cinematographers is notable (e.g. David Lean and Freddie Young, Alfred Hitchcock and Robert Burks),[1][2] but this list goes overboard. • Delete per nom. This article has zero sources to support the idea that any of these collaborations are notable.
