List of German Racing Drivers

It looks like a test page. Also it doesn't have any inclusion criteria which will led to giant list which will be the clear case of WP:Indiscriminate. And it is important to mention that the author abandoned his editing activity after the creating of the lists (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Brazilian Racing Drivers) and the page wasn't improved since then. Keep per WP:NOEFFORT, WP:IMPERFECT, WP:NOTPAPER and WP:CLN. The topic is certainly notable. See German Racing Silver: Drivers, Cars and Triumphs of German Motor Racing, for example. Andrew D. (talk) 16:53, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Almost every nation have a plenty of racing drivers (some of them has more than few thousands). And the lists which includes all of them is an absurd. I have no problem if list have inclusion criteria like Formula One drivers from Germany. But 'German Racing Drivers' is a clear violation of WP:NOTSTATS. Keep but rename to List of German Professional Racing Drivers which narrows the scope and identifies clear inclusion criteria. The topic is notable, a list is reasonable per WP:CLN, and while what is there is seriously imperfect, that is an editing problem to be fixed not a reason for deletion. The content is unsupported by references but plenty do exist as a simple search would show (in line with WP:BEFORE), or by looking to sources on the pages of wikilinked driver biographies. Content does not infringe on WP:BLP and an incomplete article is not the same as a G2-test page. EdChem (talk) 07:46, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep per WP:CLN and Category:German racing drivers. It is indeed incomplete and WP:IMPERFECT but that's no reason to delete. It does offer readers some of the advantages of a list, with series, teams and notes. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 17:29, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
