The result was delete. As is normal, arguments with a basis in WP policy were given more weight. Beeblebrox (talk) 23:19, 13 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is going to be an infinitely-expanding list of...what? Works written in one language that are available in another language. Highly WP:INDISCRIMINATE. Ironholds (talk) 18:54, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - WP:NOTCATALOG - other than being books that were translated, there is nothing here that would separate it from a "repositor[y] of loosely associated topics" Exit2DOS • Ctrl • Alt • Del 21:35, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete far too indiscriminate. Could have literally hundreds of entries. Too loose and large to create an encyclopedic list. Maybe a category makes sense. Vcessayist (talk) 01:54, 7 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep I know something about the literary world and there is not much literary works in translation from lesser known languages. This list very likely could be mostly complete. Even in the United States, one of the biggest translation markets in the world, each year there are less than 300 literary books published from all languages in the world combined (incl French, German etc), and that includes re-trans of classics like Tolstoy etc. I am not surprised to see only a handful of Korean texts get translated each year (into any language). Keep in mind a fiction-specific list, not every book. Literary works in translation is something specifically tracked by people interested in world literature. -- Green Cardamom (talk) 20:31, 9 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and rename to something like List of translated Korean fiction literary works or List of Korean fiction literary works in translation (but "in translation" sounds to me like the works are right now in the process of being translated, but it could be a literary term of art.) Green Cardamom's expertise in this area and assertion that the list mostly is complete is good enough for me and the list being almost complete makes is a very valuable resource of information. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 13:37, 13 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
