Delete KCC Mall of Catabato - This shopping mall under construction does not satisfy building notability or general notability.
- This article was created in article space, then moved to draft space by User:DFXYME as not ready for article space, then created in article space again. Review of references shows nothing secondary, only primary sources, the developer and the government, that state that the mall is under construction (and that doesn't make it notable):
