Non-notable. Article describes him as a "business investor and published author": the first is not in itself notable and the second is based on one book from 1979, which is way down the Amazon sales list. Nothing in the article hints at notability within either investing or authorship. The only source is Askin's book (basically that it exists). Note that the page was created on 16 November 2009‎ by User:Shishg, who has contibuted to no other article, with the edit summary "Entry made by Chris Hitman - Personal Marketing Specialist".
