Not enough coverage in independent, reliable sources to verify or sustian article. Fails Wikipedia's General Notability Guidelines and WP:BIO. The sources are indexes, directories and passing mentions. Neither his position, military awards nor merely appearing on a show with famous people are notable by Wikipedia standards.
