• Procedural keep, gah, the subject of this article is probably not notable, but the nominator has been banned at ANI for disruptive editing including a campaign of tendentious deletion nominations. SailingInABathTub ~~🛁~~ 17:30, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

• Comment I would say "No" to a procedural close. बिनोद थारू has started a large number of AFDs and participated in even more. We only close AFDs started by block-evading editors or if no deletion rationale has been presented. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 03:37, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
