Delete Doesn't appear to have WP:SIGCOV. A WP:BEFORE search doesn't bring forward anything conclusive. My inclination is for delete unless someone else can ease the WP:BURDEN that this person meets WP:ANYBIO or WP:GNG. Mkdw ^talk 15:01, 25 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
