Fails WP:NRU. While he has played in Japan, there is no information indicating that he's played for the national team. The only reference on the page is (as of this moment) doesn't link me to a player-specific page. The external link is broken. Keep The noms claim that he fails WP:NRU isn't correct, as he played this year in a fully professional league (Top League for NEC), which meets rule #2.
