There is sufficient coverage in reliable sources to allow Ba Ban Chinese Music Society of New York (simplified Chinese: 纽约八板中乐团; traditional Chinese: 紐約八板中樂團) to pass Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)#Primary criteria, which requires "significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject".

Weak keep – The Newsday source is very good, definitely sigcov. The Indianapolis sources do provide quite a bit of background information, but they probably fall under WP:ROUTINE as newspaper ads for an upcoming event, as do the other sources found online. I can't verify the World Journal article, but that does seem like sigcov (or very high praise at least). This is a borderline case, but I'm inclined to keep.
