Delete. She has not held any role that would constitute a pass of WP:NPOL, and simply having a smattering of run of the mill campaign coverage is not sufficient to make a person in local politics more notable than everybody else in local politics, since everybody in local politics can always show a handful of campaign coverage. At this level of significance, the key to notability is not "she exists", but "she's a special case of significantly greater importance than most other people in local politics", and that hasn't been shown at all.
