This article is about a person who has received some minor PR over the years, but who to my eye does not appear notable. The article seems to have been added by a user with COI (note - that is not strictly relevant to the AfD issue, but I mention it since I have mercilessly shorn the article of a lot of uncited assertions and peacockery - AfD discussion participants might want to look at the article history when weighing it in the balance).
