The above does not convince me that the user understands why they were blocked, mostly because it was lacking in detail. In future unblock requests, please outline:

1. Wikipedia's policy on promotion (Hint: WP:PROMO will help) and why your edits violated this policy.
2. An example of a specific article you would like to edit, and what edits would you like to make to the article (a brief example of the changes/additions you would make, with the source(s) you would use, should suffice).

This, too, has become stale, which is not really surprising. It's the same unblock you made last time. It doesn't seem like we're making any progress here, and the unblock queue is becoming unmanageably large.
