Each single ref at June's is from newsbank and is twice as many characters as most refs. I think that is the problem. Actually, the one sentence that has 5 refs is probably the most controversial, since it is a substantiation of an opinion on whether his recrutiing class was the best. It concerns me to see such heavy actions being proposed against me while sanctions against others in this matter don't even seem to be under remote consideration from your part.

20 months of disruptiv editing of that article and I!!!! am supposed to be banned for something? I made a tough call do you really think that it is enjoyable or nice to dive into a can of worm like that? It most certainly aint but I am not one to put his tail in between his legs and run away so I have attempted to deal with the matter.

Scjessey has edited the article disruptivly for 20 months, it is he that you should be sanctioning not me.

Sarekofvulcan misused his admin powers in his pursuit to make the article look more favorable for his beloved webhost.

OK, I'm getting very confused by something, and maybe you can help here. I noticed you added birth and death dates to the lede of Andy Bruckmiller. In the past, I have put those in the lede, only to have them deleted by another editor, saying that they're unnecessary in the lede due to their presence in the infobox. I too would like to discuss this image. I have seen the WP:CENT discussion referred to at File:Replace this image male.svg; I notice that you are one of the editors that argued for them to be removed entirely. As stated quite plainly in the Summary section, there was (even then) "not yet consensus to remove them entirely," so I'm not entirely sure why you appear to be citing it here as consensus when it appears not to be. Furthermore, I'd think that were the consensus indeed truly to remove these images, they would likely have been simply deleted. Apologies for troubling you. I will try and keep this short as I am sure you are very busy. This topic ban makes no sense. This dispute is not about article content but is beyond that but is personal and is occuring on user talk pages, character assassinating people, playing games and in my case I admit getting distressed, losing my cool and personalising. Surely a more logical approach would be to pass a motion stating, any personalising of disputes, disruption of the editing environment or abuse of editors time will result in a block of up to one week, extended to a topic ban or a block of 3 months or something after several violations. I have from the outset practically begged the arbcom to pass motions to resolve disruptive behaviour, I still feel this is the right approach. To propose a topic ban when for the first time myself and scuro are making progress and when the recent dispute is not even about article content is throwing the baby out with the bath water and may not even be effective judging by some ongoing drama that I am not involved in. I could fully accept a motion which was to me likely to be effective and is aimed at addressing the actual violations. A topic ban seems like taking an anthill out with a shotgun. He has returned to List of science fiction themes to revert to a non-consensus version, and also to WWE Hall of Fame, but with a new IP: 220.237.74.225. He is pretending to not be user:AKR619 (the sockmaster), but the editing patter is obvious. His edits to these article already earned him more than one indefinate block in the past, and since the indef, his IP was warned and blocked a few times, so seems incorrigible.

Any attention you could give here would be great. I think it is so obivous that a checkuser is not needed, but i have never requested one before - I left a msg at the lack checkuser. ThanksYobMod 11:09, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
