G'day, I see that you've created a few articles on the new Sydney players. Can you please try to ensure that you add at least one reliable source to verify their notability. The problem we have every year around this time is that WP:ATHLETE states that athletes aren't notable unless they have played at a professional level. Obviously, none of these guys have. I have sucessfully claimed in past deletion attempts that the general notability guideline outranks the WP:ATHLETE special case. This means that you need to find at least one independant (ie not from the club or AFL website), reliable (so not from Bigfooty or your local or school paper), non-trival coverage (ie not just a listing that he played in a match, or was drafted, but something in a bit more detail) of each and every player. See what I did at Lewis Jetta. I tagged Jake Orreal - use the link in the template that searches the archives of Google News to find old stories about these guys... most will have them, and make them all safe from the WP:ATHLETE deletionists!
