Could you make a photo in New Delhi?

Dear Vaibhav.kr, greetings from Russian Wikipedia. Could you by any chance provide me (and Wikipedia) a help getting photos of New Delhi locations. More specifically, I've made an article about Indian National Science Academy and it would be good to illustrate it with a photo of the academy main building. I have found a number of its photo in Google but unfortunately, none are "free content" and since India has "freedom-of-panorama" for sculpture and architecture objects - any of them of formally "replaceable with a newly-made free image", so I cannot use them as FairUse either. Do you by any chance have a time a possibility to make one or several photos of this academy and upload it to Commons? (I know that it's sort of rectangular building from one side and X-like from another but I have no idea which of them is considered the frontal view so this is up to you) If you cannot but could advise me whom to ask instead - I'd be also much obliged (currently just checked people with "user lives in New Delhi" userbox and you seemed to be the only user out of these with recent answer on a talk page).

Thank you in advance, Tatewaki (talk) 19:32, 2 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello Tatewaki, Please let me know till when you need the asked images? Vaibhav Kumar (talk) 09:36, 3 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • Whenever it is possible, will be fine - take your time. The article will not be deleted without illustration, but if you get it - it will become better (as well as WP articles on INSA in other languages). Tatewaki (talk) 12:42, 3 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

This is genuine account and I have no connection with any who so ever named. I am following WP:CLEANSTART for user name vkamythand it has been three months already. What extra you need for verification? My ID card?

Decline reason:

Five minutes after you uploadedFile:Credihealth-logo.png it was added to User:Deepak.kumar8744/sandbox. I think you have some explaining to do. Huon (talk) 21:31, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • What does it mean I am following WP:CLEANSTART for user name vkamythand? Who is vkamythand? There is no such username. Vanjagenije (talk) 18:44, 25 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • Hi, I meant username vkamyth. Tks.

Request reason:

Why it is not possible that two editors are editing same content together? PLease refer IP or mac address of both the edit. Both are done via different system. Also when I said I have no connection with whos ever, I meant with user Ramanuj Bhatnagar. If I am banned for Sock puppetry for Ramanuj Bhatnagar why we are getting referance of Deepak Kumar here? Please clear me which account/s you think is my multiple accounts and whhich account you believe is main account.

Decline reason:

Decline per Huon's analysis below. only (talk) 14:40, 7 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please explain your connection with Deepak Kumar. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:36, 1 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • Hi, Deepak Kumar is a colleague in my office. He was just helping me in editing and fetching information about wikipedia page I was working on.
User: Deepak.kumar8744 and this account were simultaneously blocked as sockpuppets (or possibly meatpuppets) of User:Ramanuj Bhatnagar; the reason the latter was considered the master is merely account age. Your defense is, "Yes, I engaged in sockpuppetry, but I'm not a sock of that user". I'd take the "colleague in my office" reference above as admission of violating the Terms of Use too, by being a paid editor who has not disclosed the relevant information. Whether or not you are associated with Bhatnagar (and I'd say there's ample behavioural evidence that you are), your conduct clearly violates multiple policies, including WP:SOCK (see particularly WP:COWORKER). Huon (talk) 12:22, 2 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, 1. I again don't know any Bhatnagar. 2. I am not saying I am sock, I am saying I was fetching help from Mr. Deepak on research of the topics. 3. I am not paid Information, I don't work in company of which I was editing the article. 4. I haven't read about WP:COWORKER earlier but now since I know I will folow the thing. Kindly provide definate ban indtead of indefinate ban, If you believe I am in sockpuppetry (Which I am not). After this humiliation I am not editinganything in future on Wiki but I don't want any bad name in this community with blocked account. Thanks.Vaibhav Kumar (talk) 15:13, 2 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You weren't just "fetching help from Mr. Deepak on research of the topics". The two of you (and User:Ramanuj Bhatnagar) within a few minutes of each other commented in the deletion discussion to keep the article. "Closely connected users may be considered a single user for Wikipedia's purposes if they edit with the same objectives." That applies to you. Huon (talk) 22:14, 2 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
