Opinion Polling

Would you be able to explain why you changed the opinion polling section on the Conservative Party of Canada leadership election, 2017 to get rid of the section on Conservative Party members? If you cannot justify the edit it should be reversed. Newfoundlander&Labradorian (talk) 12:32, 27 October 2016 (UTC) As I recall I didn't get rid of the section I only merged the TWO Conservative Party members Sections Sections. Proposed deletion of Citizens' Movement (New Zealand)

The article Citizens' Movement (New Zealand) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence given that they meet WP:Notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. SSM

Please be a little more careful in adding MPs' views to their article. An article that already states that the subject opposes SSM does not then need another sentence saying they'll be voting no - of course they will. Also, be careful with the VoteCompass thing, which was an opt-in survey and thus not remotely statistically valid (we cannot categorically say "X electorate supports/opposes SSM", only "opt-in survey VoteCompass results from this electorate showed majority support/opposition ..."). Also, you added to a few articles (Jason Clare, Ed Husic, Chris Bowen) that they supported SSM while their electorates were majority against it, and this isn't even what VoteCompass said. Only one electorate, Maranoa, had a majority opposed. Blaxland, Chifley and McMahon just didn't get to 50% (there was a don't know option as well).
