User talk:The Drover's Wife

Neil McInnes

Hello,

Noticed you were quick to revert changes on the Neil McInnes article. I've moved the old page to Neil McInnes (politician), I know I'm not doing it properly by copying and pasting but frankly it makes no difference to the end product.

Don't worry, I will go through all the 'What links here' to redirect them to the Neil McInnes (politician).

Thanks!

Recently declined articles

You recently declined my two articles, List of top 10 singles in 2018 (Australia) and List of top 10 albums in 2018 (Australia). You bring up some fair points but on your comment saying it was messy, both pages use nearly identical formats to the Billboard top 10 articles so why haven't those articles been declined for the same reasons? Isn't most of the information on my article verifiable on the "Radio Locator" & "FCC" databases? Aren't those databases independent of the station? I've looked extensively and have not found other references. I know that "similar" articles (which have been accepted) is not a valid argument, but if those other articles have been accepted in error, shouldn't they be deleted? talk

Draft: Rebekah Long

I'd like to ask what is considered "promotional tone" and exactly what is not "generic" mentions as the bluegrass unlimited was a feature article in a main stream magazine. She is prominent in Southern Gospel History and Bluegrass history as a wife of Ben Speer and a long lineage of bluegrass background as identical twin sister to Lizzy Long. Please be specific to what needs to be edited re "promotional tone" as everything written is biographical and informational. — Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)

(Undid revision 1037089668 by Wikiuser276 (talk) COI spam will not stand, sorry)

You have removed the substance of this article update on two occassions now and I am wondering why...

Considering the initial page is a one line wikipedia stub page which is completely out of date particularly with regard to the new position which this MP holds in the Queensland Parliament which is not reflected in the article.

You have said puffery/COI - however this article was factually written and backed up by sources. And provides a better sense of background then previously was available on wikipedia. Surely removing the full changes to the article is not productive to the inherent purposes of wikipedia.....

I have edited the article since in line with your comments, I believe it is neutrally written
