I see 106F appear briefly at https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=KSLC (the link will be good for about three days) though remembering what happened in Portland OR last year its possible it will be dialed down to 105 because of the way temperatures can be doubly rounded if the measuring instrument is in Celsius but the report is in Fahrenheit.
