I see you, like Phhhra before you, are trying to promote World Rafting Federation. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not advertising. While you might not understand our notability rules or were perhaps emboldened by some other insufficient article, I can tell you the content you've provided will not be accepted. We need to see significant coverage in multiple reliable sources. Please read WP:FIRST (as well as the other blue links here) for further guidance.
