Hi again. Let me explain a bit more. An account should represent an individual which is the issue with this particular name, as stated above. However, something like RhubarbaraandcustardFan or RhubarbaraandcustardBilly is acceptable. It just needs to be clear it is an individual. Thanks again for declaring your paid status.
