admin help needed

This issue has been brought up again by a trouble causing user previously known as wipeouting. This issue has been previously addressed by several admins who agreed that content related to Hudson Samarasinghe should be removed because it did not meet Wikipedia content standards. There should be a permanant block on the death section as this person is repeating the same behavior with different usernames to pin the blame on Hudson Samarasinghe without any proof quoting a self published book by De Alwis's ex wife. Please remove any references to Hudson Samarasinghe from this article.--Ramya20 (talk) 01:09, 13 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

{{adminhelp}} Thanks for the info. I could not even find information about release of a book titled "premakerthini". However, I found some information about his case and the verdict. PC R.I. Obeysekera defended the defendants but they were found guilty. I will post them as soon as I get the documents. Until then you should take this Hudson content out since, to me it sounds a bit slanderous attaching a person's name to a murder without any evidence to support it. This reminds me of the Vincent Foster case where people raised suspicions about Mrs. Clinton without any evidence. We may not like the person but it is not fare and nice to sling mud without hard evidence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramya20 (talk • contribs) 19:02, 11 September 2010 (UTC))[reply]

Please make a specific request. Which information should be removed from which article? Jclemens (talk) 20:06, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{adminhelp}} The following information in quotes should be removed. "And There is another Suspicion about Hudson samarasinghe who has handled this case . Because there was conflict with premakeerthi and Hudson relate to position about directer in SLBC onthat time and former president Ranasinghe Premadasa Had an idea about premakeerthi appoint to this post.Hudson Samarasinghe was a right hand man of Premadasa on that time." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramya20 (talk • contribs) 20:13, 11 September 2010 (UTC) [reply]

About death of premakeerthi

Poorna Sampath premakeethi de Alvis and Nirmala De alvis Already published a book about this issue. PREMAKEERTHINI is the name of this book. They are complaining that there is a suspension . we should publish this issue too. --Wipeouting (talk) 05:46, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"premakerthini"

To Ramya20,

you cannot find out book of "premakerthini" on internet. please by this book and read. Nirmala de Alvis is telling this issue . she is wife of premakkerthi and how do you reject her observations. may i know are you a supporter to Hudson ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.135.90.116 (talk) 10:29, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide the name of the publisher in Sri Lanka. I am concerned since I followed the R.I Obeysekera case and know that the JVP culprits were brought to justice. You can have suspicions but Wikepedia is not the venue for it. I feel sorry for Mrs. de Alwis's loss. Obvioiusly she is still not over the death of her husband but it does not mean that she can pull people's names out of thin air to make these types of serious accusations.

What is your request. If you are just trying to find a publisher of a book I suggest you try Google. Rambo's Revenge (talk) 17:18, 20 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{adminhelp}} The editor of this wiki entry is making unsupported claims about a person named "Hudson Samarasinghe". The editor is raising suspicions about Hudson Samarasinghe without any supporting evidence. Please remove the content that refers to Hudson Samarasinghe from this post. I have removed that previously and so did another Wiki admin but this person seems to use this Wiki as a venu to promote his personal grudge against this person called Hudson Samarasinghe.

Is this what you wanted. By the way, the page is not protected so feel free to remove the unsourced information yourself. Rambo's Revenge (talk) 18:01, 20 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This user is sock puppet of Hudson Samarasinghe. If somebody can make evidence , it is possible to make as a text. why this user is trying to protect Hudson Samarasinghe ? There is a possibility provide information in middle point of view. we should mention two of suspicion about this murder ( Jvp and Samarasinghe )--Wipeouting (talk) 18:21, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{adminhelp}}

Several weeks ago I submitted several corrections to the above-referenced page with respect to unverifiable, unfounded and slanderous allegations posted by Wikipedia user WIPEOUTING.

My efforts were successful in bringing the slanderous, unfounded, and unverifiable allegations to the attention of Wikipedia administrative personnel, and the page was reverted to include only verifiable facts about Mr. de Alwis and his unfortunate demise at the hands of JVP assassins.

Unfortunately, WIPEOUTING has reposted the unverifiable and slanderous allegations to the page referenced above, with the addition of two links to a blog. The blog contains several JPG images of Sinhalese text, including the alleged title page of the book.

In addition to the links to the blog, WIPEOUTING has resorted to ad hominem name-calling, which is violation of Wikipedia policy (please see WIPEOUTING's post above, referring to me as a "sock puppet").

While Mr. Samarasinghe is entitled to, and may shortly, initiate legal proceedings with reference to the slander in the book referenced by the links, Wikipedia should in no way be participating in such slander.

All evidence for the assassination of Mr. de Alwis pointed to three members of the JVP, who were in fact convicted of the crime and recently sentenced by the government of Sri Lanka for the murder. There are numerous online sources that all provide the same information – that several journalists were all killed by the JVP within days of each other, de Alwis being one of the most prominent.

Wikipedia should control the type of abuse practiced by WIPEOUTING. The most appropriate action with regard to the entry about Mr. de Alwis is to restore the entry to include factual, verifiable information only, rather than the baseless, counterfactual, and unverifiable material posted by WIPEOUTING. While the entry is editable, it is my hope that administrative action will resolve this issue permanently. Ramya20 (talk) 01:54, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I do not understand what administrative action you are requesting. Please just tell us what specific thing needs to be done in regard to the article. Otherwise, an administrator will not help here; you need to try dispute resolution. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 02:12, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{adminhelp}} Please remove the following paragraph from the last section under "death"

although no official ruling has been made.[1][2] And There is another Suspicion about Hudson samarasinghe who has handled this case. no Declined This is not a matter that needs administrative attention. If you disagree with content in an article, remove it yourself or, if people disagree, use the talk page or dispute resolution to discuss the edit. Regards SoWhy 13:22, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request for WP:3O

I have removed your request from the WP:3O list as I believe I have dealt with it. Allegations such as those you have highlighted require a higher standard of sourcing than a blog post or a book that doesn't seem to exist. I would recommend you discuss the article at its talk page: Talk:Premakeerthi_de_Alwis. Furthermore, re-additions of this text can be removed by you - yo do not to request admin assistance. I am not an admin and I have removed it. If you still have problems with re-addition these are better reported at WP:BLP/N. Thanks for editing! Bigger digger (talk) 17:10, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, forgot Premakeerthi_de_Alwis was dead, reporting to WP:BLP/N will need to note that Hudson Samarasinghe (who needs a page after the coverage I found for him) is alive, and the subject of the allegations. Bigger digger (talk) 17:22, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This book does seem to exist according to evidance presented by wipeouting. However, these types of fictitious, made up and accusatory stories should not have place in Wikipedia. Keep those types of books in blogs or other social networking places. Wikipedia is a place for academic and research based content of facts not fiction. Ramya20 (talk) 11:24, 18 October 2010. I removed the last external link to the same blog post again. Self published books and information from blogs and social media networks are against the Wikepdia content policy (UTC)

You have new message/s Hello. You have a new message at Bigger digger#Request for Assistance's talk page. Bigger digger (talk) 16:11, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am asking from Ramya20 how do you say that Nirmala de alwis's issue is a Fiction ? What is your idea about murder of Preamakeerthi? Because it is blame to JVP? is it correct  ? I am tiring to put Those two of issues for Academic purpose on middle of point. i am telling there is a suspension about JVP and Hudson Samarasinghe . why do you want to avoid this issue ? --Wipeouting (talk) 18:18, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
