Request reason:

Hello, I believe that I am blocked due to "Shared IP blocks/Range blocks", article 3.2.2 in Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. The instructions on the page say that "the best solution for Wikipedia and users alike is to simply create a registered account and edit with it". I do have an account (using it right now), but I am still blocked from editing at my workplace. Would greatly appreciate any help on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.
