Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Brassica carinata. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites (http://database.prota.org/dbtw-wpd/exec/dbtwpub.dll?AC=QBE_QUERY&BU=http%3A%2F%2Fdatabase.prota.org%2Fsearch.htm&TN=PROTAB~1&QB0=AND&QF0=Species+Code&QI0=Brassica+carinata&RF=Webdisplay in this case) or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Greetings. I had to crawl through all of your contributions and slowly remove all of the copyrighted information from PROTAbase. Please take the time to read Wikipedia's copyright policy. Consider the above list warnings that those articles you created are going to be or have been deleted because of copyright violations. I consolidated the earlier warnings into this list because there were so many. Please see the information I posted at the top of your talk page about our encyclopedia and how to contribute to it. Greetings! You'll notice some of the links in the above list are now red. Those articles have been deleted. The remaining blue links have been purged of the copyright text and reduced to a sentence or two. May I ask what kind of solution? Do you work with PROTAbase? Just to be clear, if you do work for PROTAbase, you would have to release the text of those articles under the GFDL license, which allows for downstream use, including altering the text and use for commercial purposes. The copyright disclaimer would have to be updated. The license also cannot specify that only Wikipedia can utilize the information freely while restricting downstream use. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. Thanks for uploading File:PROTA logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
