Deletion discussion about List of amok cases in Australia

Hello, MelatoninEmbryo, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username 0xDeadbeef, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, List of amok cases in Australia, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of amok cases in Australia.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|0xDeadbeef}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

DYK for 2015 Heze bombing

On 31 October 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article 2015 Heze bombing, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the perpetrator of the 2015 Heze bombing was described as normal just days before the attack? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/2015 Heze bombing. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, 2015 Heze bombing), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Mass shootings in australia page

will a page be created? Abatementyogin (talk) 16:49, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I will create one once I have time. MelatoninEmbryo (talk) 17:29, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Bristol, Tennessee shooting

I just wanted to let you know that I do nor believe the Bristol, Tennessee shooting falls within the scope of the Serial Killer task force WikiProject, so have removed the banner you added. I can understand why you might have added the banner, and have said so in my edit summary, but if you think I am wrong, please start a discussion at Talk:Bristol, Tennessee shooting. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 22:17, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
