How does one find out if an article they have created/contributed to has reached DYK/GA/FA etc status? Does one get notified by the Wikipedia head honchos, or is it a case of monitoring pages you've edited? Those come with specific criteria and review processes. If you just want to know whether someone else has put the article throught the relevant review, the article talk page is the place to look (Good Articles and Featured Articles will have the status indicated by a small icon at the top of the article, too - a green "+" or a golden star, respectively). If you want to know whether a specific page meets those criteria, you can find them at Wikipedia:Did you know#Eligibility criteria, WP:GA? and WP:FA?, respectively.
