Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Mandecomm", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it possibly represents Mandecomm Consulting or other companies with the same name. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. GermanJoe (talk) 18:52, 22 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mandecomm, and welcome to Wikipedia. I have reverted your edit to this article as the content had a few flaws: most importantly, content needs to be written in an encyclopedic uninvolved tone. Analysis or assessments from a first-person point of view (for example "We should ..."), that are commonly used in academic essays and articles, should be avoided in encyclopedic content. Please see the linked guideline at WP:TONE for more detailed information. A second minor issue: please add references with all bibliographic details directly into the article instead of cross-linking to references in separate Wikipedia articles. Each article on its own should contain all necessary source information. You'll find a basic "how to" guide about referencing in Wikipedia at WP:REFB. Lastly, most of the added content wasn't really about "Lean services", but about a separate and only loosely-related aspect. Articles should stay focussed on their primary topic as far as possible.

I hope these points are helpful to clarify my revert, but please feel free to ask me if you have any further questions. I'd be glad to help (WP:Teahouse is also a good forum to ask for advice, if you get stuck with any Wikipedia-related editing issue). If you'd like to discuss the reverted edit in more detail, it would be best to start a thread at Talk:Lean services - generally the article talkpage is the best place to discuss any article-related questions. Best regards. GermanJoe (talk) 19:16, 22 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
