This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

 The comment the reviewer left was:

There is too much focus on describing what Viðar Halldórsson has said about Icelandic football, rather than on Viðar Halldórsson himself.

There are too many primary sources, such as Viðar Halldórsson's books and recordings of his speeches, as well as sources that do not actually mention him, for instance the reference attached to Against the Elements which is just a bibliographic reference to the book itself, and Soccernomics (where the draft claims that Viðar Halldórsson is interviewed in the book, but his name can't be found with Icelandic nor English orthography, and as no page numbers are provided it is impossible to check properly.)

The "Current works" section is unsourced. Where does that information come from?

Note that Wikipedia's Manual of Style specifies that titles such as "Dr." should normally not be used in articles. Use "Vidar" or "Vidar Halldorsson".
