I have been editing a number of pages that contain both {{disambiguation}} and {{surname}} templates including a number of them created by you. As described in Template:Surname and MOS:DABNAME, disambiguation pages and anthroponymy pages have different guidelines. Name pages are articles and, therefore, may include explanatory text about the surname, references, and red links that aren't used in an existing article. All of these are discouraged on disambiguation pages.

Well, citing Twitter is pretty much the definition of poor sourcing. I have met some unsavoury characters in my time (I could walk down to any pub and find some) but that doesn't mean that I'm unsavoury myself.
