Thanks for uploading File:Michael A. Pollack.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

as you say, I deleted the article on this pastor in November 2010, on the basis of insufficient assertion of notability. perhaps I gave inadequate weight to the statements in the text, but it seemed to me then, and indeed seems to me now, that being the leader of a church in Phoenix with a membership of only 12,000 - less than 1% of the population of Phoenix - is not a post of great significance. It may be that his importance was not adequately emphasized in the article; certainly in my opinion it was not.

If you choose to write a new article about this gentleman then it will, after this length of time, be considered on its merits, assuming that it does not consist only of the same text again. --Anthony Bradbury^"talk" 19:20, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
