It is hard to understand what user Jayenvarma is up to. He seems on the surface to be asking for help, yet his constant blanking of this page, ignoring any help given and vandalistic activities as indicated above, makes it hard to believe he has any interest in trying to make Wikipedia better. I understand that there are some language issues involved, but even considering that, it is hard to explain away the blanking of help page information. Read about vadalism. Understood a little bit. Regret to do so. Explaining the reason: Now all these pages of discussion about the deleted article come up when googled. It is always good to have the deleted article here in WP again . It is not going to harm if no article about the user is here in WP. But it is really painful, if people read that the article was deleted. Hope you understand the reason. So it is rrequested that such pages(including this) may be deleted, if you can. I just read everything including the new 'proposed article' posted by few guys from India. Sorry for anything done against the rules of wikipedia from my user account or IP address by any of my officials. I respect you and your works. I am happy if you accept the Article and I am not unhappy if you reject it. Coz,notability should be decided by people and ofcourse you all.
