The reason left by BuySomeApples was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: This is entirely WP:FRINGE, the claims made are not accepted by WP:RELIABLESOURCES and the references include conspiracy theorists such as David Icke. Laurence Waddell's theories of a Phoenician origin for ancient Britain were considered implausible in the early 20th century and have not been supported by academic historians since.

It may be possible to create an encyclopedic article that is based on reliable sources, includes accurate information about the stone, and addresses conspiracy theories which have sprung up around it. However this draft should probably be WP:TNT'd.
