- Returning to the subject in the heading! Noting with interest your extensions to the "unity of religion" bit. Applaud your intention to make the article more balanced, but I suspect a lot of what we now have in this section really belongs in the "main article"(Bahá'í Faith and the unity of religion). Or even, dare I suggest, in the article on Universalism or Comparative religion. It is not necessarily "fairer" or "more balanced" to turn an encyclopedic article on one subject into an evaluative critique in terms of another. Even on our talk pages, this is not a debating club. Imagine if we intruded Baha'i theology into articles about Christianity or Islam! Best in the first instance for you to critically examine your own work here first in any case. - My intention was not to make the article more balanced... It was to add more information, flesh out the section and to crucially add more references. It seems to me, that ever since I made that one edit, removing slightly biased wording from the intro to that page, you seem to think I am out on an agenda against your religion. Yes, I strongly believe in NPOV, but unless I explicitly state that as the reason for my edit, my edits are not made with that sole intention. A lot of what is in that section do not belong in those pages you mentioned as these are specific criticisms to the Bahá'í view of universalism (which is sort of what that section is for). They are criticisms which overlap with another subject - but all criticisms of all faiths inevitably do. In fact there is a lot of overlap in articles in Wikipedia as a whole. Also not sure where you got the idea that my edit was made in the spirit of debating... I was simply adding information to the page. Finally I think it is fine to "[intrude] Baha'i theology into articles about Christianity or Islam" when it is suitable for those views to be added, particularly when those articles are the criticism pages of those religions. ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, Hesnotblack. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

AfroCine: Join the Months of African Cinema this October!

After a successful first iteration of the “Months of African Cinema” last year, we are happy to announce that it will be happening again this year, starting from October 1! In the 2018 edition of the contest, about 600 Wikipedia articles were created in at least 8 languages. There were also contributions to Wikidata and Wikimedia commons, which brought the total number of wikimedia pages created during the contest to over 1,000.
