Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Mammomax, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Please do not delete or flag potential "spoilers" in Wikipedia articles, as you did in the article American Gods (TV series). It is generally expected that the subjects of Wikipedia articles will be covered in detail, and giving a section a title such as "Plot" or "Ending" is considered sufficient warning to the reader that the text will contain revelations about the narrative. Deleting such information makes the article less useful for a reader who is specifically trying to find out more about the subject. For more information, see Wikipedia's guidelines on spoilers. Please look at the file description page for this image. Note that it is very clearly marked with a {{Non-free historic image}} licensing tag. I.e., this image is encumbered with copyright that does not permit its free use. It is also therefore subject to our WP:NFCC policy. If you look at that policy, which I referenced in my edit summary in removing it, you will note there is a passage at #10 c, where it says The name of each article (a link to each article is also recommended) in which fair use is claimed for the item, and a separate, specific non-free use rationale for each use of the item, as explained at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. The rationale is presented in clear, plain language and is relevant to each use.. No such rationale exits on the image description page for this use. There is one for Kenosha unrest shooting, where it is directly relevant to that article. Since no rationale exists for the usage you are intending, the image needs to be removed until there is a valid rationale for its use at Kyle Rittenhouse. Now, as to whether a valid rationale can be crafted; the general answer is no. There is nothing in the prose that supports inclusion of the image; the article reads the same with or without the image, making its inclusion unnecessary, per WP:NFCC #8. Further, simply writing prose isn't enough, as sources supporting the prose would be needed. But, even if such sourced prose would be included, the image still shouldn't be included because it is already covered in the main Kenosha unrest shooting article. I am re-removing the image. If you have an issue with this, I recommend you start a discussion at Talk:Kyle Rittenhouse to gain consensus for inclusion. As is, it can not be included.
