This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Ehhhh... I checked all the sources and I'm declining this. The vast majority of the sources simply state "McCloskey said this" "McCloskey said that", without giving in-depth biographical information. They are not significant nor independent. These series of articles look good, but I have questions about its reliability. It only had one editor and it markets itself as "a Humboldt County’s home page", making it very local and not well-established.
