Hi, someone keeps taking out the warnings about levaquin and the recent data I am putting in. Until yesterday, the page was linking to 2004 information (labeling) about Levaquin, which has been changed to reflect very serious warnings in 2008 and 2016. I had updated it to show the labeling approved in July 2016, but the labels will likely change, so I wanted to link to the list of warnings for levaquin so that people can find the most recent FDA label. Otherwise they may be misled into thinking it is safer than it is (the label in wikipedia until yesterday did not have many of the severe warnings which are now being given, with new studies). People go to wikipedia for information and many doctors do not know of dangers and the abc news report I quoted (also removed by someone!) found many deaths and injuries, people should know so they can protect themselves. Another medical report (also removed by someone) found links to aortal dissection which kills you. I am not sure why the watered down safety warnings are the ones staying on wikipedia. Citing substancial sources for such claims is always required. The FDA is an appropriate source in certain cases. I suggest you refer to the article's talk page before making such edits again. I see today the page on St. Andrew's School (Delaware) the misstatement persists. I'd be interested as to the source of the "mansion" claim and the basis for the continued attribution..

As a matter of information, for decades no building at the school had a name, although the library at the far end of the main building was indeed named for the donor.

Hey. I strongly, strongly recommend that you be VERY careful with what you call "vandalism". Yes, Slynharris's content was really inappropriate for Wikipedia, but she thought that — by replacing the content of the BAI article with the content of BAI's official site — she was doing the right thing.

"Vandalism" implies maliciousness. It implies that there is no possible way someone could have meant well. If you call things "vandalism" that weren't, you risk scaring away new contributors. This is devoid of any logic, what you have removed is all the content headings, all that remains is the odd nonsensical sentence - devoid of its context and headings? What I had removed was two clearly incorrect facts (One vandalism / malicious) - both of which were not referenced, that's ok but this isn't? I cleaned up the article which was in dire need of copy editing. Content on Wikipedia requires sourcing; we are not a blog. Facts need substantiation, otherwise they're not facts, they're conjecture. Could you clarify why you reverted my article about the Wrigley Field DJ incident? I am a Cubs fan and thought I would start my Wikipedia career with a simple newsworthy item that didn't seem to have made it in. How is it controversial or vandalism? Could you explain that in a slightly less glib and more substantive manner? It was an event clearly pertaining to Chapman, directly observed by thousands of people and reported nationally. The place of most interest to put it seems to be to be Chapman's. For comparison, Bentsen's saying to Quayle "You're no Jack Kennedy" is not just in Bentsen's page but in Quayle's.

Do you contend that a published biography of Chapman by a third party would omit this incident? If so I disagree. I'm pretty sure that Jackie Robinson biographies have some choice quotes from fans. If Chapman is encountering a particular sort of hostility as a Cub that made national news, I think that's a pretty significant part of his bio. Re the Chapman edit: If the Tribune reported it and doesn't consider it to be defamatory, I don't consider it to be defamatory either. I think it is an important element of Chapman's career with the Cubs. I hardly think it is "vandalism" and I don't see any argument you've made to that point. If you had checked you would have noticed that I was translating the french wiki page on the topic.... Sources come from the same books and, by the way, the Pantheon (as a matter of fact, this woman is as famous as Abraham Lincolm in France). Hello Focus and Learn,

The two articles should be merged because the current article "Pedophilia" has very little under the paragraph "HISTORY" while the ancient form of pedophilia called "Pederasty" is not referring to the scientific name or adding to the current understanding by having a tangential article appearing unrelated. Please explain why this article on the history of pedophilia is somehow different from the already existing article on pedophilia lacking content in history.

Hi, It's now been three weeks since we created the NPP Work Group and we are hoping for a dynamic push forward for the urgent updates and required improvements to the quality control of new pages.

We now have the attention of the WMF and their development team has made page patrolling a top priority. They are already working hard to address some of the major issues.

The success of this depends on our team being able to keep the developers supplied with the feedback they need - if we relax on this they will move on.
