kulindadromeus and Psittacosaurus had Feathers ?

What are the references to The 2016 publication in the Journal of Geology in contrast finds that the integumentary structures found on Kulindadromeus and Psittacosaurus are highly deformed scales and not feather-like structures ? Dinomarek (talk) 13:42, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Dinomarek: Why are you asking me? I haven't edited either Kulindadromeus or Psittacosaurus. Eocursor (talk) 20:10, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Great work on Ica stones

Just wondering if fraudulent archaeology is an interest of yours. Doug Weller talk 07:56, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller: Thank you very much! Yes, I like to research fraudulent archaeology. I think the Ica stones are quite neat as modern curiosities but it's unfortunate how such obvious fakes are spread around as real and might have counteracted real study of the few possibly authentic engraved stones found there and dilute understanding of Peruvian history. Eocursor (talk) 11:25, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, you need to know about the Fringe theories noticeboard. And join WP:Wikiproject Archaeology. And if you do Facebook, the Fraudulent Archaeology Wall of Shame.[1]. I don't know if you've read books by Ken Feder but he posts there. Doug Weller talk 12:13, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Doug Weller: Thank you for the tips! I've joined the archaeology project and I'll check in on the noticeboard. I don't use Facebook much and haven't read any of Feder's books (beyond the portions I cited in the article, which I found through Google Books) but I took a look at the Facebook group as well, lovely stuff. Eocursor (talk) 23:19, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's a great group. They gave me some advice for my new article Archaeology and racism. Doug Weller talk 07:18, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wording

Could you take a look at WP:HOWEVER and the rest of that page. This is one of the differences between writing an essay or journal article/book and a Wikipedia article. I didn't know this when I was new. Doug Weller talk 11:09, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller: I've tried to work on removing the editorializing as good as I could, in some cases I think it is difficult not to have a "though" or "but" in there so let me know how it looks. Eocursor (talk) 11:25, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good. Ping me - type {{re|Doug Weller}} or use my talk page if you want advice/help. I've been doing this for 30 years or so. Doug Weller talk 12:20, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Doug Weller: Thank you! I'll be in touch if I run into any issues. Eocursor (talk) 23:19, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hey! Do you have access to the Dravidosaurus discription?

I saw your work on dravidosaurus and I'd like to see the original figures! DNB XD (talk) 10:35, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dinosaur of Ta Prohm

Nice article but I've raised a couple of issues at WP:FTN#Dinosaur of Ta Prohm. Pinged you but wanted to make sure you saw it so posting now. Best to respond there rather than here. Doug Weller talk 07:53, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
