We literally just had a huge arbcom case about mass afding/and editors deprodding. Could you please at least slowdown? You've deprodded at least 50 articles in the last hour without even an edit summary and while I recognize it's not required, it's still a good thing to explain why you're doing it and maybe don't do it so quickly. You missed where I also asked you to use edit summaries explaining why - it's a general courtesy even though it isn't required but it's still disruptive to mass deprod articles, which you were doing at a rapid pace. Hi Das,

Could you please try to remember to check for drafts before creating new articles? For example, although your Denis Franchi article easily meets GNG, a far more detailed draft for the player already existed in draftspace that could have been moved to mainspace instead. By checking for drafts before creating new articles, you can avoid merge discussions etc.

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Lee Ji-Yong. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. I am leaving this note because I think your removal of the BLPPROD from this article without adding any reliable sources that plausibly contribute to meeting the GNG is disruptive. It's true that a BLPPROD can generally be removed whenever a reliable source is added (and some people believe NFT or 11v11 are reliable sources), but NSPORTS2022 and SPORTCRIT make it abundantly clear that a sports biography must include at least one reliable source that plausibly contributes towards SIGCOV in the article. This has been clear since April 2022, and you typically attempt to include such sources when you create sports biographies. @JTtheOG:, Thanks, it depends, two ways among other wats I find players are seeing players without Wikipedia pages on random list/season/club articles and also read news articles online and then search up if the player has a wiki page etc.

When you !vote to keep an article at AfD, could you please try to provide links to sources you think count toward GNG, or refer to the !vote of another editor who does so, or provide hard evidence of the subject meeting a different notability criterion? You clearly feel strongly about keeping a lot of football BLPs that other editors are less keen on; and that's perfectly okay. But I have seen you write "Keep: subject meets GNG" a dozen times, but when closing the discussion I can't give that sort of !vote any weight at all. If you want your opinion to carry weight, you need to make it actionable. I find it helpful to link the three best sources I have, when making a similar argument. Hello! Thank you for all of your contributions to articles about footballers. I've noticed that many of them are only a few sentences long. If I can make a suggestion, you might consider keeping these articles in WP:DRAFT space until they're properly written and ready for mainspace. Please don't use "he was described as..." to disguise chunks of text as quotations and avoid actually writing content. These are not warranted uses of quotations, and in several of the stubs you've created, make up such a majority of the text that they probably amount to copyright violations. If you want to recreate an article that has been deleted through an AFD deletion discussion, you need to work on a draft in Draft space or User space and submit it to AFC for review or it is likely to be tagged for speedy deletion, CSD G4.
