Kallista Primary School moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Kallista Primary School, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Reverting as vandalism

Hello, I'm Ed6767. Just a friendly reminder than you should only use the "Quick Rollback Vandalism" button within RedWarn for obvious vandalism. In some of your recent revisions, you have reverted edits as vandalism, even when they're made in good faith. In these cases, you should use an alternative rollback reason. Thank you! Speedy deletion nomination of Coloured potatoes

Hello CupcakePerson13,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Zakhx150, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Coloured potatoes, for deletion, because there's already a page about that topic at Potato. Please don't be discouraged; we appreciate your effort in creating new articles. To avoid this in the future, consider using the search function to find pages that already cover what you want to write about.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Zakhx150}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Heads-up about spelling changes

Hi CupcakePerson13, thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia. I just wanted to mention one thing about changing the spelling of words – it looks like you periodically search for various typos and fix them in all articles where they occur. Usually, this is of course fine, but sometimes the "typo" is in fact not a typo at all, but part of a quoted text. If the spelling "error" (which sometimes is just an old-fashioned spelling) is present in the source, and the source is quoted in the Wikipedia article, the spelling must not be changed. One example of such a mistaken "fix" is here (you can see the source here), another one (where the "error" is part of the title of a publication) is here (source here). Thanks, --bonadea contributions talk 08:58, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Bonadea: Thanks for mentioning it, I'll make sure not to correct the spelling of quoted pieces of info from now! CupcakePerson13 (talk) 09:07, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

UAA

Thanks for helping to improve Wikipedia. Unfortunately, the instructions say to wait until the user edits before reporting the username. A better approach might be to welcome the new user and leave them one of the recommended user name warnings. Cheers, --Deepfriedokra (talk) 09:04, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Coloured potatoes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Content of this article is covered in general terms by Potato and in explicit terms by the List of potato cultivars.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Zakhx150 (talk) 09:28, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Editors with at least 500 edits and an account over a year old will be able to see all but the end of the IP address in the proposal. The ability to see the IP addresses hidden behind the mask would be dependent on agreeing to not share the parts of the IP address they can see with those who do not have access to the same information. Accessing part of or the full IP address of a masked editor would also be logged. Comments on the draft are being welcomed at the talk page.
