It's called an "infobox". The best way to see how to use it is to look at the source code for a page where you see a box similar to the one you want to create.

But it's important to realize that information you put in the infobox has to be sourced. Ideally, the sourced information should already be present in the body of the article. Regarding your recent edit summary Updated Amini number, as per official squad website, offical Wikipedia page, and witnessed by my own eye at his debut game, just wanted to point out that both Wikipedia pages and your own eye are not counted as reliable sources on Wikipedia.
