Welcome!

Hello, ChrisAmsel, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page Belarus have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Minor Edits, and what constitutes them

Hello ChrisAmsel, I noticed that you are making edits and labeling them as "minor" when they are not considered minor by Wikipedias editing policies. I highly recommend reading over WP:MINOR for clarification. For reference, a minor edit is usually one such as making behind-the-scenes repairs of a link, or otherwise. Placing tags, adding information, removing information, or rewording a sentence (even if it is with a single word) is not considered a minor edit. Thanks for your time. Greece

Your edits to Greece are not even remotely funny. If you have any plans of doing constructive edits in Wikipedia, you could self revert to show good will. If your only plan for Wikipedia is making destructive edits, you will soon be blocked (and your edits will in any case be reverted). The choice is yours. --T*U (talk) 09:05, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
