While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Hi - sorry about this, but we should all be able to read talk pages. See WP:SPEAKENGLISH which says "Use English: It is preferable to use English on all talk pages of English Wikipedia so comments may be comprehensible to the community.
