Summer Series

Thanks a lot for your contribution on Christina's Summer Series. I noticed that there are some minor things could be revised. She performed Can't Hold Us Down in Liverpool, and Candyman was added to the setlist since Scarborough show. Also, should the Mallorca Live Festival on June 25, 2022 be included? I know it doesn't appear on the poster (because it was created after the show), but it shared the same setlist and stage designs, and was listed together with other shows in the 'Tour' section on her official website. -FredYYoo (talk) 19:41, 13 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your information regarding the set list. As for the Mallorca Live Festival, I agree that it should be included. 204060baby (talk) 16:45, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I also want to ask where to find the poster for the tour. The only one I can find is the one on her Instagram story. If there's a better version please let me know 204060baby (talk) 17:12, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! There seems not an official poster which include all dates, while there is a formal poster for its UK segment which can be found on Twitter and Ticketmaster.com. https://twitter.com/UnionJworld/status/1549771108303486976?s=20&t=PFrtfY5fTp6QBkw6MFNcug -FredYYoo (talk) 21:27, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

October 2022

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Maxwell King123321 22:28, 23 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Christina Aguilera body sections

Hello! I know you edit Christina's page a lot so I trust your view on the page. If you've noticed, an account has been going around editing / rearranging a lot of what you and I have written. I think most of what you recently wrote is perfect for the Image / personal life sections BUT the Bionic and Lotus body sections are kind of jumbled at the moment. I tried adding some of what they wrote but I do think that there is a lot that we don't need in the sections. Do you think we should combine them all into one section? What do you think? Maxwell King123321 06:23, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Thank you for asking for my opinion! First, I want to thank you for helping with the lead in Christina's page. Her article can be so awkwardly written that it takes hours to fix, so after I frustratingly finished the lead in my sandbox, I forgot to remove a couple of things. Thanks for helping with that!
I agree that the Lotus and Bionic sections are very jumbled and since neither were notable enough and didn't have tours, I think the albums could be mentioned in one section. Both sections featuring The Voice further proves that they would be best merged. The material about The Voice in the Lotus sections is about how she left and was replaced, then she came back, then she left, then she came back, then she left. That can be left out. Unless there's enough material to fill an entire section about the time from 2013 to 2017, the sections would be better off merged.
I hope this helps! 204060baby (talk) 09:39, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Np! The lead is looking a lot better now well done!!!! So after removing all the repeated information aboutThe Voice, I noticed that there is still quite a bit left to fill up a "Lotus section" - having the "and other film projects" works well for the heading as well. I think next is to cut down the Liberation and Aguilera sections - perhaps some of the Aguilera could be moved to the album page (unless its already there perhaps we could remove it all together). Thanks for your help! Maxwell King123321 10:46, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think the Aguilera section is very bloated. I tried cutting it down a little while ago, but I worried about losing some of the references. Combining it with the Liberation section would be smart. We can remove some of the things about the festivals she performed at, except for maybe LA Pride since it generated some buzz. Those festival performances are already on the concerts page. Also I've submitted the article for a peer review, and somebody left a couple of comments there. It's not a detailed review, but maybe it could help with the rest of the article. 204060baby (talk) 10:55, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Alt accounts

Hi - I'm Girth Summit, an administrator and checkuser here. Are you familiar with our sockpuppetry policies? It appears to me that you are operating more than one account, and that the different accounts you use sometimes edit the same articles, which looks rather suspicious on the face of it. Can you explain why you are doing this? Thanks. Girth Summit (blether) 12:10, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I don't have any other accounts to edit on wikipedia. I only made this account to edit the Christina Aguilera articles. Can you tell me which accounts you think are mine? 204060baby (talk) 14:36, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

May 2023

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
Girth Summit (blether) 15:51, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
To answer your question above, I think that you also control the accounts LanasViolet and 84randgreen. I gave you the opportunity to explain why you were using multiple accounts (and editing the same articles through them), but you chose to deny the connection. If you want to edit here, you will have to make an unblock request which explains why you were using multiple accounts in this way, and why you denied it when it was discovered. Girth Summit (blether) 15:54, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! Yes, I did create those accounts, the first one as a backup but I have since abandoned that account, because I prefer to have all of my work on this one. The other account was setup with a friend for Lana Del Rey articles, so it's not my personal one. Neither of these accounts were used for any Christina Aguilera articles, which is what this account is for, so I don't understand how this violated the sockpuppetry policy. As stated in the template u have added, multiple accounts are allowed. 204060baby (talk) 19:40, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand what you mean by a 'backup' - why would anyone need a backup account? You edited List of celebrities portrayed in video games with this account, and then created the 84randgreen account and used it to edit that article. You have also edited Honorific nicknames in popular music, Blue Banisters and Violet Bent Backwards over the Grass with this account, all of which have been edited by the LanasViolet account. That's all the articles I know of where the accounts have overlapped, there may be more for all I know. So, no, that is not allowed within policy (nor, for what it's worth, is creating an account 'with your friend' - per WP:NOSHARING, accounts may not be shared by more than one person). Girth Summit (blether) 07:08, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I replied twice before, but I reverted those replies, because I don't really think this is serious enough to make you come here and explain everything to me. I just want to say I'm sorry for causing problems, I promise I didn't mean to do so. This is a hobby to me, as I'm sure it is to you. Sorry for making you worry. Like I said, this is just a hobby for me, so i don't think it's serious enough to bother anyone with unblocking my account. I mainly don't want to ruin anybody's experience, as I think it's a very enjoyable hobby.
I just want to ask a couple of questions. If I ever decide to come back to wikipedia, could I make an unblock request at anytime, or is there a time limit where I'm allowed to make the request? And also is it possible to make another account, or would that one also be blocked? If there's a limit to the unblock request, and another account would be blocked, then I might consider making an unblocking request.
Please don't respond defensively, because I promise I really don't mean to make you or anyone worry. I swear I didn't mean any harm, this was just me being dumb. If it's not possible for me to come back, then I guess that's it for me, and I'll happily retire from wikipedia. I'm very proud of my work on here, so I don't feel bad about my contributions, but I don't want to bother anybody. Again, I'm very sorry!
Edit: Also please apologize to MaxwellKing for me. I saw that they got looped into this, and I feel really bad.
Enjoy editing (for the both of us) 204060baby (talk) 08:27, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry, I'm not feeling worried or defensive. There is no time limit on when you may request unblock. You may not create a new account and carry on editing though - such accounts would also be blocked when they are discovered, and you would reduce the likelihood of this account being unblocked. The only legitimate way for you to contribute here again is to successfully appeal the block on this account. Girth Summit (blether) 12:50, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thank you for the answers. For now I think I'll just retire. And again, I'm sorry for the problems caused. Goodbye. 204060baby (talk) 13:56, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
