Due to the high level of vandalism from IPs, IPs should not be able to edit pages but the good-faith ones for example: 76.117.247.55 should create an account. The vandals should not create an account.

Edit warring

Once upon a time, there was a user named 98.248.32.178. He was always edit-warring, and one time, he was edit warring on Chris Denning back in June.

  • 6th revert

  • 8th and last revert

He was blocked afterwards. He did the same thing on Sidney Cooke.
