Aaron Gerber was born on June 30, 1982 in Brunswick, Maine. He currently resides in Portland, Oregon as leader of the indie folk-rock band A WeatherLink title(Team Love Records)Link title. A Weather has 2 releases on Team Love; The Feather Test 7 inch, and a full-length album entitled Cove. Aaron is the principle songwriter and singer of the group, and plays guitar, piano and Rhodes keyboard. Additionally, Own RecordsLink title released his Six Twilightslink title project (a CD/DVD) in 2007.

He began playing drums at the age of 11, and guitar at 13. He graduated from Hampshire College[[</ref></ref>]] in Amherst, Massachusetts in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
