Triangulation is when a narcissist pulls another person into the disagreement you two had. Rather than discuss the issue with yourself like a normal person, the narcissist has one of her minions talk to you on his or her behalf supporting his or her case. Narcissists love using triangulation because not only do they maintain looking like the good guy, but their minions do all their dirty work for them.^[1]
